How do I enable password security?

T-Mobile recommends enabling password security because T-Mobile cares about
your privacy and wants you to be aware that your voice mailbox has a password
security option that you can turn on or off.

Because many customers have asked for the security feature to be turned off--which
allows speedy access to your VoiceMail messages--your mailbox is automatically set
up to not ask you for your password.

security, but the choice is yours.

your handset. If you do not want to enter a password when accessing your VoiceMail,
you must not block the Caller ID.

Why does someone not get my VoiceMail when calling my wireless phone?

they can assist in correcting the problem.

What will I be charged when I access my VoiceMail?

your greeting. You can change your greeting as frequently as you wish.

While listening to a message:
  • Press the 1 key to rewind six seconds.
  • Press the 1 key twice to repeat the message.
  • Press the 3 key to fast forward six seconds.
